Jerry D. Pucci
Mr. Pucci is a lifelong resident of the Capital District. Mr. Pucci graduated from Siena College in 1961 with a Bachelors Degree in History and Education, after which he served in the Army in France (1962-1964) as a Transportation Officer. Mr. Pucci returned to the States and pursued his Masters Degrees in Education from Siena College and Pupil Personnel and Guidance at SUNY Albany.
Mr. Pucci coached basketball at Troy High School and Cardinal McCloskey and previously owned and operated a company with residential real estate holdings in the Capital District. In 1972 Mr. Pucci held the position of Associate Athletic Director and JV Basketball Coach at Siena College. After retiring from active coaching, he became the director of Marketing for the Siena College Basketball Program and was the radio broadcast game analyst for 12 years. Mr. Pucci retired from Siena in 1998. In the mid-80’s Mr. Pucci became a licensed Real Estate Broker and Insurance Broker associated with Mulderry Real Estate and Weller, Marcil & Greco Insurance Agency.
Jerry has two children and four grandchildren.

As Executive Director of American Housing Foundation, Inc., Mr. Kearns will access his thirty years of housing design and construction experience to pursue the Corporation’s goals and objectives of providing affordable housing opportunities to the elderly, low income individuals and families, students and the physically challenged.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Kearns has been an active member of the Community, serving many civic organizations in their various charitable pursuits. His success in the Architectural profession is largely attributed to a service-driven approach, with emphasis on working closely with his clients through all phases of each project. Mr. Kearns brings his service-driven approach to American Housing Foundation, Inc. This combined with his professional experience in the design and construction industry leaves him uniquely qualified to pursue and achieve the goals and objectives that have been set to provide affordable housing opportunities for those in our community who deserve safe, decent affordable housing.

Mrs. Kusaywa has 22 years of banking experience where she was a Bank Officer of Cohoes Savings Bank.
Annie joined American Housing Management Company as the Site Manager of Columbia Crest Senior Apartments in August 2004. She successfully managed the property until she was promoted in September 2011 to Property Manager.
In January 2012, she accepted the responsibility of Senior Property Manager, overseeing the AHF property portfolio.
Annie is a past board member of the Cohoes Senior Citizens Center.
Annie and her husband of 25 years have 2 children.
Kenneth M. Kearns

Kenneth M. Kearns
Mr. Kearns has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry. He has a proven ability to lead, organize and manage people and multiple tasks. Prior to joining American Housing Management Co. Inc., Mr. Kearns was Branch Manager at Prudential Manor Homes, managing over 30 sales agents, where he received the Prudential Cornerstone Award and the Prudential Business Development Award, both for office profitability.
Mr. Kearns joined American Housing Management Co. Inc in January 2012 and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of all the Communities. Also, based on his experience and contact base, is responsible for identifying development and acquisition opportunities that will allow American Housing Foundation Inc. to expand and continue to further its mission.

Mr. Naughter is retired from the New York State Civil Service Employees’ Association (CSEA), where he was employed for thirty (30) years in various supportive, administrative and managerial positions. He is currently employed as a part-time consultant to the Nurzia Construction Corp. He is a former member of the City of Albany, Zoning Appeals Board. Mr. Naughter is a graduate of Siena College.
