American Housing Foundation, Inc. was formed in 1995, with the principles and goals of focusing on suitable locations to acquire, develop, design, construct, and manage affordable housing units and/or shelters for the homeless, elderly, low and moderate income individuals and/or families.

The mission of American Housing Management Company, Inc. is to provide property management services in accordance with the principals and goals of American Housing Foundation, Inc.
